So I have horrible abs. I've blogged about their suckage before.
Now that I'm running more and losing some weight on Weight Watchers I decided to try to work on firming up that gelatinous mass again.
So I'm doing the 200 Sit Up Challenge
I'm actually getting ready to sit down in the floor and see how many sit ups I can do to get started on Week 1. Then Monday I'll begin my quest.
Soon, I could go from looking like fat Janet Jackson to thin Janet Jackson abs.
We'll see how the six weeks go.
