The point of this week's Weight Watchers meeting (besides helping me learn not to eat a vegan pizza the night before a weigh in- hello 1lb gain.) was about trying to stay on the plan perfectly for 1 week.
So here goes. I woke up Sunday morning and ran errands and logged my breakfast and lunch. I went to Sam's and stocked up on fruits and veggies. Planned meals, planned workouts and my to do list.
My goal is to use this 'perfect' week to get on top of things in general. Get the crap done I've been putting off for the last few weeks.
Let's see how perfect I can be.
