Halloween is over. Well the Halloween parties are over so it's time to clean up my eating again.
Dear readers you know that means it's time for the Quantum Cleanse again! I told Mems I was going to do it again and she rolled her eyes at me, but it really does help get me back on track with the clean eating, which we all know means that I'll have platelets again. I need platelets.
So Monday is the day. No alcohol, animal products, caffeine, gluten, or sugar for another 28 days. I'll probably be pretty bitchy. I apologize to those of you I know in person.
I should buy Mems a present to say sorry in advance.
