I currently hate everything in my house. I hate all my clothes. I hate all the food here and I hate myself at the moment.
You see, it's that time of the month where everything makes me snap at people, I'm exhausted and starving and bloated and generally pretty miserable to be around.
I'm forcing myself to go running in the morning to try and combat the hormonal insanity. Also to combat the insane amount of sweets I've been eating. Seriously, this has been the worst week all year I think.
How do you deal with dieting and PMS?
I'm the same way with eating. That time of month, if I want it, I eat it. I've just gotten used to this. Fortunately, the next week, the exact opposite happens. I don't want sweets at all, so I tend to eat lots of fruit and veggies.
ReplyDeleteI'm like that too. Next week I'll be obsessed with working out and all about veggies. It's a struggle this week though.
