So, I finished my first week of half marathon training.
The runs broke out to 3 miles, 3 miles, 2 miles, rest, 4 miles, 2 miles, cross train.
I've told you how Type A I am haven't I?
I love charts and graphs to keep me on track.
So, one week down: My legs weren't as sore as expected but I wasn't ready to dance a jig when I was finished.
On the plus side I did lose 3 pounds my first week of training, even with my tootsie roll obsession on Halloween.
Let's kick week 2's ass!
