Have you ever felt like you were in a funk that you just couldn't get out of? I've been like the last few weeks and it's really impacting my workout and my diet.

It's like I've been running around taking on projects, and making plans and I'm letting proper diet and exercise be the first casualty.

So I'm getting back on track... setting the alarm for 6 am and hitting the gym.

Taking control one elliptical step at a time.


  1. I totally understand the whole funk thing. I've been fighting it lately, too. But this has been a decent week of exercise for me. Think I found a schedule that's sustainable for me.

  2. that's good. I'm getting back into the swing of things, worked out more this week. And of course when I work out I feel so much better and have so much more energy to get stuff done... just reminds me to keep at it!
