Seven Days Final Tally

My weekly challenge to myself is over.  I worked out every day for a week. 

Sunday I hit the elliptical for 45 minutes.
Monday 45 minutes of Pilates
Tuesday long run
Wednesday elliptical
Thurdsay Yoga
Friday long run
Saturday stationary bike

How do I feel?  Pretty good.  I'm not even that sore, except for my bum knee-that is achy as a motherfucker.

Will I keep it up?  I don't know.  I am planning on a long run tomorrow on the treadmill, but I may take the day off to give my poor legs a break.

I'm just glad I didn't die.
