Workout Rest

If you (like a good reader) read previous posts you know that my brain and body are exhausted.

So I'm taking the week off from running.  It's killing me but I also think it'd kill me if I was running every day like I did last week.

Instead tonight I'll be doing 20 minutes of yoga, some deep stretching and hopefully sleep through the night.

And I'm totally booking a massage for this week.
