So my salt experiment helped. I lost 4 pounds last week. Most of it I'm sure was water weight.
Now to keep the momentum going and keep losing. This week's Weight Watchers message was about power foods and eating power foods to fill you up without empty calories.
The power foods is usually the most healthy way to eat certain foods, so if you're looking at chicken all chicken isn't a power food, but chicken cooked certain ways are on the list. Does that make sense?
So this week my dining emphasis will be on power foods. Focusing on lean proteins, veggies, fruits, healthy starches and lots of water and rest.
Here's crossing my fingers that the weight keeps coming off.
