I'm known for my salty language.
Lately I've been battling a different kind of salt. The salt that makes me retain water like water buffalo.
So I'm cutting it out. This is my week of low salt to see if I can get rid of all this water weight I've been carrying around. I know it sounds like a dieter's crutch to claim it's just water weight, but I promise my toes and fingers have been as puffy as sausages for the last week.
I'm blaming the water weight for the sudden increase in my bust size too and I'm hoping cutting salt out of my diet will get rid of it all.
Do you guys battle certain kinds of foods? Are you sensitive to salt? This is new to me. How can I beat the bloat?
