I continue my quest to get back on track. To find the balance between starvation and gorging. It's hard to get back on that balance beam. I'm no Shannon Miller.
The damage done in my three weeks of no tracking and eating whatever was 5 pounds. I was honestly surprised it wasn't more. I left the meeting vowing to be back to the good dieter. It hasn't happened.
I'm vowing again to start anew this weekend. I'm getting my life more organized again so I can really stick to it this time.
