10 Days Out

My alarm clock went off this morning and I rolled over and took a swig from a half empty diet coke can and jumped out of bed.

In the kitchen scrounging for food I opted to finish off a container of peanut brittle instead of making oatmeal.

This is why I'm a fat ass.

So in 10 days I will start my "fat ass to fit ass" challenge.

It will be hard, I will probably whine and curse, it will be challenging because I am lazy.

Above all else, it will hopefully help me take control of my life, and later the world.

  1. Hey Kate! I would be happy to share what I am doing if you are interested. I have lost 21 pounds in 2 months, and I don't have to use my inhalers anymore. I would be happy to share it with you. It's not easy, but you will have more energy and be healthier while losing. I sound like a commercial. HA!

Any book store near you! HA!

It will amaze you! Heads up, the book is very medical. It is all about keeping your liver healthy so that it can do its job.

I have found it to be life changing already! I was taking a preventive inhaler and an emergency inhaler. Now I don't need either one. I have more energy than I have ever had before, especially in the afternoon when I used to want a nap! HA!

Not an easy diet. You need a Wholefoods or similar store for certain recommended product. The key is to be prepared, like any diet.

Let me know if you want any more info.

  4. By the way, I have a bum knee, so I don't get to do the running! In the past two months, I have done no cardio, lots of pilates though.

  5. Awesome thanks, I'll pick it up.

I've been a big Whole Foods fan for awhile so I should be good to go.

I love Pilates too. I do it on my non running days now.

  6. Good luck! You can do it! You will lose a lot faster than me since you are kickin' it with the cardio! By the way, I do not recommend the exercise plan in Fat Flush. You might like it, but I felt it was a bit silly (plus I couldn't do it with my knee).
