The holidays are over, and hopefully after tomorrow I will no longer be snowed in at my house, meaning I won't continue to eat like shit.
As it is I've eaten much too much broccoli and rice casserole, potato casserole and no bake cookies. This is bad even by my normal horrible eating habits.
On the plus side I did spend plenty of time shoveling my driveway, so that's good for some cardio.
I'm actually feeling really gross from all the yummy, but bad for me food I've been eating... like I've od'd on buttery goodness.
Tomorrow I am back to work after a week off, so I'll get up for my usual run on the treadmill. I predict I'll sweat sugar or butter. Since I have so much of both in my system.
