It's been about 10 days since I started this experiment.
I've finished week one of the Couch to 5k, in fact I just ran the 1st day of week 2 and only felt like killing the podcast host twice.
But besides that, I also hopped on the scale this morning and while I'm not shameless enough to disclose my starting weight I will say I am 4 pounds down from that number.
My ultimate goal is to break my bad habits and learn to eat and be healthier, and of course in my head that would lead to me looking more like Barbie and less like a Cabbage Patch doll. So this is a good step.
As for eating, I picked up the Fat Flush on a recommendation, so I'm going to take a look at that and see if I'm up for it.
