So snow sucks. And the Super Bowl gave me super crazy hours this weekend. My eating habits suffered for it.
I stopped tracking, I stopped working out, I snacked like I love to snack. That is bad.
But Monday is a new week and I'm back at it... while I did not weigh in today, I'm going to bite the bullet and do it in the morning... and shake it off and move on.
Setbacks will come and go... but I am determined.
I will be hot by this summer.
