So last week I had another WW gain. 1.8 pounds to crush my spirit.
But I persevered and challenged myself to workout seven days a week like Jennifer Aniston and stopped the things I knew were sabotaging me... specifically eating potatos and drinking vodka.
And lo and behold when I weighed in this week that 1.8 was gone. I lost exactly what I'd gained. So I broke even.
Now... to keep going. I'm down to eating potatoes once a week and drinking one night. My liver will appreciate that change... but my social life will feel an impact I'm sure.
I wish drinking made you thin.
