Self Imposed Break

I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks. 

First I had a friend in town and was busy playing hostess, then I got sick and this last week I've been trying to get caught up on everything and get back to 100% before I hit the trail again.

So it's weird.  I miss working out.  Like crazy.  I've been trying to get my body onto an earlier sleep schedule so I can fit in more workouts starting  next week.

I'm also a few days into the cleanse and I'm don't know if it's the lack of processed foods and sugar or what but I do feel better, I have more energy, feel clearer somehow. 

Or maybe I'm in a hunger induced craziness and none of that is real... anyway 3 more weeks.
