Yoga-Kate

In my recent quest to trim and tone the gut I've been doing a lot of yoga and pilates.

It helps my back, improves my posture and kind of relaxes the hell out of me. 

I was talking classes but like the moron that I am I let the classes expire so now I'm using a handy total body flow I found on fitsugar.com.

I follow that up with a series of Pilates abs workouts. 

I'm addicted to the Hundred, Roll Up, Single Leg Stretch and the Double Leg stretch.
