I haven't gone running or worked out in a week.
On one hand I feel bad about this, on another I've been running around at work, running errands for Mems, and I'm pretty exhausted. If I was trying to get workouts in this week I think I'd drop.
So I'm going to enjoy my self-imposed break. I'm getting an extra hour of sleep by skipping my run, well on the nights Molly doesn't decide to get up in the middle of the night. If you follow me on twitter you've probably seen my 3am rambling tweets post Molly-potty break.
Now I'm making my to do list of stuff to get done tomorrow hopefully... so I can get back to working out this weekend.
As much as I love my workout break. My ass will not continue to shrink if I stop forever.
