So I've kind of loved Jennifer Aniston since her Friends days. And now that she makes movies that are no good she gets the chance to do press talking about the movies and her fitness regimen on a regular basis.
I think we can all agree that Aniston is in great shape (I'm also digging her new bob. I'm kind of debating chopping my hair off)...
So in this article she says she runs or workouts every day. She does readily admits being an actress puts a different emphasis on staying in shape, but she also says there's a balance in it.
Now I've always been one to workout every other day. my goal is always to workout 3-4 times a week with running, classes etc. But I'm thinking about trying Aniston's plan.
So this week I'm going to workout everyday. Between my training runs and body pump, pilates and kickboxing I want to see how it goes.
This is my tribute to Aniston cause I never got the "Rachel."
