I broke down the other day and bought a new sports bra.
I hate buying bras, but I don't hate it as much as I hate the pain that comes with running in my old sports bra.
So I hit up the sporting good store and shelled out 30 bucks on a fancy new bra.
Let me tell you it is amazing. First of all I put the bra on and I was damn near flat chested it wrangled the girls so well.
Then when I went for my first run and holy hell I was convinced I'd been an idiot for not buying one sooner.
I'd never had a bounce free run before... but I'm kind of obsessed with them now.
it makes all the difference in the world, it's such a pain to shell out the cash but it's night and day. which bra did you buy? my favorite is the juno by moving comfort
