I woke up Friday morning completely exhausted and stressed. For no apparent reason.
Nothing particularly trying or stressful happened. I'm just completely drained. I only managed one run and pilates four nights. My back hurts, I'm crazy tired and just generally pissy.
Luckily I have an incredibly lazy weekend that I apparently need greatly.
I need to shake things up. Get back in control of things. It's time for another cleanse and workout plan.
Monday I'm going Crazy, Sexy, Diet and ditching animal products, alcohol, caffeine, gluten and sugar for the month.
Something has to get me out of this funk.
