So I flipped to pg 156 and find the 4 move (and 6 minute) ab workout courtesy of Tracy Anderson.
Anderson by the way helps my BFF Gwynnie look good in Itty Bitty Bikinis at age 38.
And you know if it's good enough for Gwynnie then it's good enough for me. So I'll be taking on these 4 moves and if my abs don't get flat you know I'll let Gwyneth know.
