Elliptical Hell

I've been looking for new workouts to mix in with my running, I get bored with the same old stuff on the elliptical.

So I found this workout on Fitsugar and decided to try it out.

Here's the breakdown:

I posted the link on the Fat Ass Facebook page and before I could try it one of my BFFs did it and posted this on my wall:

So I got scared to try it, but I persevered.

It's hard to keep those RPMs up, I kept having to refer to the work out to see how long I had to go and I got really sweaty and gross.  But I finished it.

My legs were like jello and later in the day I could barely move.  But I'm tempted to try it again sometime.

Sometime when I don't have to walk anywhere.
