Creature of Habit.

If you guys haven't figured it out by now... I'm kind of weird.

I tend to find foods I like and eat them regularly.  Like I'll eat the same thing for lunch 5 days a week.  It's easy cooking wise and I know I like it so why mess with it.

Beyond that I have about 6 foods that I eat every day no matter what- Apple, banana, orange, a carrot and a green smoothie.

I've found it makes it easier to skip the junk... mainly cause I'm full of fruit and veggies.  I have a similar rule about drinking 64 ounces of water before I can have soda (or tea)... let me tell you that keeps your stomach full for a pretty long time.

Do you have any rules that help you get your nutrients in?

  1. I'm with you. Being single makes that the best way to cook. Stew made in my slow cooker makes dinner for 2 weeks!

My Mom says I eat like a dog; the same things everyday...

    Woof, woof!!

  2. If I have too many options then I get overwhelmed. This is much easier for me.
